Insurance
We are currently contracted with Medical Mutual, Caresource, Anthem, Aetna, United, Tricare and SummCare insurance plans. We are also able to work with others plans depending on your out of network benefits. When you get in contact with us we will give you the details on what your specific insurance plan covers.
Self-Pay Rate
$130 per session.
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept Health Savings Accounts.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Late cancels and no shows are entitled to pay the $100.00 fee.
